Please make sure to retrieve your vehicle whenever you're finished using it. If it remains on the map during a server cleanup or restart, it may disappear. However, in some cases, the vehicle may teleport back to the last location where you initially started using it. It’s a good idea to remember that location and check there, as it might reappear after the next server restart.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide replacements for lost vehicles due to the frequency of this issue and the limitations of our support team. Vehicles have been a known challenge in the game, so we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Unfortunately, this is a common bug in the game. Occasionally, the backpack may reappear after the next server cleaning (which happens every 2 hours). Please avoid opening a support ticket for this issue, as we are unable to assist with it.

The game is prone to many bugs, and losing items due to these issues can happen quite frequently. As we would need to check logs in such cases, we unfortunately don’t have the resources to provide support for this. However, if you happen to lose Legendary or Ancient items, we may consider making an exception - just ask politely.

If the admin team accuses you of breaking a rule, it will likely result in an immediate ban to prompt you to contact us. In this case, you will need to open a ticket and provide all the requested information. The admin team will review the details and decide whether your ban will be upheld or lifted.

Please wait for the next server cleaning or auto-restart. This will fix the issue in 99% of cases. You may also try exiting the game, restarting your PC, and then attempting to log in again.

This is a known bug that occurs when you are teleported while having a chest, workstation, or trader open. It will be automatically fixed during the next server cleaning.

If there has been a server cleaning or restart, you will not be able to complete the quest, as the sleepers will have despawned. In this case, you will need to abort the quest and start a new one. Unfortunately, the staff is unable to assist with this issue.

The number of zombies on the server is limited. If this limit is reached, it’s possible that no zombies will spawn when you enter a building. It could also be that another player was there shortly before and has already killed the zombies.
